The Account Manager will provide support across all Commercial Lines books of business, rather than managing a single book of business and will assist the Service Team during busy periods or when team members are on leave. Additionally, this role will involve collaborating with the operations team to enhance the efficiency of the business.

Hybrid Remote working in office on Tuesdays & Wednesdays
$95,000/year Base + Benefits & Bonus
Responsibilities:
Provide support to the Service Team during peak periods, including tasks such as renewal solicitations, submissions, marketing, online rating, proposal preparation, and policy administration.
Provide full-service coverage when team members are out of the office.
Provide organization behind the scenes on more complex renewals.
Prepare complex account documents such as insurance summaries, coverage comparisons.
Utilize our agency management system in alignment with company workflows, procedures, and best practices.
Collaborate with the Operations team to audit employee work products and ensure compliance with our standards and procedures.
Partner with the Invoicing Team to standardize and prepare Client Premium Allocations.
Work with the Support Team to review Policy Checking discrepancies and identify root causes.
Serve as a super user of AMS functionality and participate in testing new features.
Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED
7+ years of property/casualty multi-line commercial experience in mid to large sized agencies
Generalist background and/or heavy property experience
Valid Property and Casualty license
