Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Additional Services Sales team.
- Coordinate client interactions, including scheduling calls, managing follow-ups, and handling inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and materials for client engagements.
- Research and analyze data to assist the team in identifying sales opportunities.
- Ensure smooth communication between sales team members and other departments.
- Assist in streamlining processes to optimize efficiency within the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales support, administrative roles, or customer service.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
- Knowledge of tax resolution services or related fields is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour + commission pay
Expected hours: 40 per week
