Job Opening: Administrative Assistant (Full-Time)
Location: Los Angeles County (Primarily San Fernando Valley)
Salary: Competitive base salary + bonus
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and comfortable handling a variety of day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with creating and reviewing estimates
Answer and manage incoming phone calls
Perform general office duties and support daily operations
Coordinate schedules and communicate with clients and vendors
Maintain records and documentation
Use Microsoft Word and Excel for reports and documentation
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Must be able to speak Spanish fluently
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel required)
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
We service clients throughout Los Angeles County, with most work concentrated in the San Fernando Valley.
