Crown City Motors is a Buy Here Pay Here dealership with the added flexibility of outside bank financing. This allows us to close more deals — both in-house and through partner lenders — giving you the tools and authority to make fast, smart approvals and deliver cars the same day.
We’re looking for a motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Manager who can handle the entire sales process from start to finish. This is a hands-on, one-person sales operation — ideal for someone who thrives on independence, control, and results.
Your Role
Lead and motivate a bilingual sales team to exceed monthly goals
Manage day-to-day showroom operations and customer flow
Oversee deal structure, approvals, and same-day deliveries with in-house financing
Train, coach, and hold sales staff accountable for follow-up and CRM performance
Engage directly with walk-in, digital, and referral customers when needed
Report directly to ownership on sales performance and process improvements
What We’re Looking For
Fluent in English and Spanish – Required
Proven automotive sales management experience – Required
Active California Vehicle Sales License
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Professional, reliable, and highly organized
Ability to work six days a week and lead by example on the sales floor
