Description:
Are you fluent in both English and Spanish? Do you have a passion for real estate and enjoy communicating with others? We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Commission-Based Sales Representative.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with potential buyers interested in purchasing our lands
Provide excellent customer service to guide buyers through the purchasing process
Post job listings and manage coordination for the sales team
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
Compensation:
This position is fully remote and solely commission-based, with no salary upfront. You will receive competitive commission rates for each successful sale. All communication will be routed to you to structure the deal and get back to us.
