Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in promoting and selling our product line within their assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Promote and sell our Hair care product line to retailers, Salons, and barbershop.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our brand.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements:
Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must.
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the beauty or hair care industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent;
