As a Business Development Associate, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate or construction service sales, leveraging their expertise to build and maintain relationships with property owners and the local community. You will work closely with our leadership team to design and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth and enhance our market position.
Market Analysis & Lead Generation:
Research local market trends, monitor competitor activity, and identify emerging opportunities.
Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners and industry influencers. Represent the company at community meetings, networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings.
Sales & Negotiation:
Collaborate with our teams to craft compelling pitches and proposals.
Strategic Development:
Contribute to the formulation and execution of business strategies that align with company growth objectives.
Track and report on performance metrics, providing insights to senior management.
Brand Promotion:
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.
Engage in digital and print marketing initiatives that support lead generation and customer engagement.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Sales, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management.
A background in real estate or construction service sales is highly desirable.
Skills:
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in market research.
