BUSINESS MANAGER $4,000 + Bonus/Expenses (entry position)
We are looking for a qualified Business Manager to assist us in our growth plans. We are a Marketing Finance company seeking a motivated Area Business Manager to direct operations (purchasing/sales) while managing accounts, with minimal sales and marketing involvement.
Business to Business activities only, no license is required.
We are seeking a talented and energetic Area Business Manager to facilitate growth in the Southern California region. The Manager will be a self motivated individual with the ability to further increase operations and to direct operations and growth. After initial 90 days of employment an additional incentive to salary is given up to $1,500 per month dependent on work performance. Income potential 1styear to $110K, 2ndyear to $160K
Responsibilities:
Expand region as directed by Management
Locate and negotiate, and Set up of offices
Direct region
File paperwork required for operations office
Interview, Hire and Manage staff as directed
Contact vendors/suppliers for materials and equipment
Build out of office, office equipment, fixtures, etc.
Price, negotiate and transact purchases of office/other equipment
Setup of computerized systems with invoicing/billing, accounts/banking
Setup of accounts receivable for California operations
Manage reporting and accounts
Experience/Skills:
Work experience is preferred in the following industries: Retail, Sales, Marketing, Management, Financial Services, Real Estate.
Must have proficiency in communicating with staff and management in the field and in an office environment.
Must be professional and courteous when dealing with vendors, agents and contractors.
