Responsibilities & Requirements
No prior experience is required, but the ideal candidate must be:
Adaptable & Understanding: Ability to follow instructions precisely and align with the company’s vision.
Interested in Annuities: A strong interest in annuities is essential, along with a willingness to stay informed about market trends and updates.
Numerically Skilled: Comfortable working with numbers with ability to analyze and report on market changes.
Excel and PowerPoint Proficient: Capable of assisting in creating product comparison tables in Excel and developing PowerPoint presentations related to annuities.
Attention to Detail: highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive in keeping up with industry changes, and capable of supporting the team in various tasks related to annuities.
Bilingual: fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English
Professional Development: After training, you will be expected to confidently answer Financial Advisors' questions, assist with form completion, and continually deepen your knowledge in annuities to become an expert in the field.
License Requirement: Although a life insurance license is not required to start, you must prepare for and obtain the necessary insurance license by the end of the 3-month probation period.
