LLG provides sales training designed to ensure the success of all sales representatives, regardless of prior experience. We provide pre-screened leads, and innovative lead generating programs to all reps to make sure they always have opportunities to sell.
Job Description:
Work within our CRM (client retention system) and make 120-150 outbound calls per day. The role of the CSR is to make outbound calls to firms, to schedule a demo for our Account Executives.
Skills and experience:
1+ years of experience working in sales preferred
Customer Service
Phone sales experience preferred
Windows and Microsoft Office Experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in a team environment
Schedule: Full Time in Office
Monday through Thursday: 8:00am to 4:00pm (you are paid for your 1-hour lunch)
Friday: 8:00am to 12:00pm noon (company provides lunch on Friday’s)
Compensation is as follows:
$20 an hour based on experience
10% commission on all newly boarded clients (average pay is $750.00 per client)
Based on the MINIMUM closings per month, CSRs should earn $3,000.00 minimum in commission plus their hourly. Not including any additional bonuses, a CSR should make roughly $7,000.00 per month. Just to start.
