Luxe Bloom Events (Los Angeles) is hiring an experienced commission-only sales closer to book our luxury photo booths, custom flower walls, and themed carts for corporate events, apartment resident mixers, weddings, and private parties.
What You’ll Do
Prospect decision-makers (property managers, corporate admins, restaurants/lounges, event planners)
Multi-channel outreach: email, Instagram DMs, phone calls, and occasional in-person drop-bys
Own the close: send our one-page sales kit, handle objections, secure payment & event date
Track touches in a simple Google Sheet pipeline (we provide the template)
Compensation
15–20% commission per booking
Packages $1,250–$2,500+ → $250–$500 per sale
Unlimited upside; high season = multiple deals weekly
Must-Haves
2+ years quota-carrying sales experience
Proven history closing $1,000+ deals
Comfortable with phones, email, and DMs
Self-directed; no hand-holding
