Position Overview:
Manage the whole sales process from initial lead to signed contract.
Conduct in-office or virtual consultations with homeowners interested in building an ADU.
Present customized design options.
Collaborate closely with our professional team of architects, engineers, and project managers.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in real estate or construction— required!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
