Sales Rep Needed
Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. Knowledge of construction sales is extremely helpful.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for residential projects.
Provide general contracting knowledge and technical support to clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales.
Strong understanding of construction materials and industry trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel throughout the San Fernando Valley and surrounding area.
Compensation:
Commission only with Bonuses.
1099 Contractor.
