Brothers Motors LLC dealership, one of the leading dealerships of San Fernando valley, is looking for an experienced sales representative. Must speak Spanish. We are looking for someone who is motivated, excellent in communication and knows how to sell and make a great customer experience.
You are the person who :
-Answer incoming phone calls, directs caller to appropriate department or individual, schedule service appointments or takes a thorough message.
-Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
-Enters data into computer system and runs necessary reports for management.
-Safeguard customer and Dealer information per established policy.
-Ensure appearance of the parts and service department and work area is always in pristine condition.
-Adhere to work schedule and arrive at work before your scheduled start time and be at your work station productively engaged by the scheduled time.
-Exemplifies organizational culture and holds others in department accountable for doing the same.
-Schedule service appointments received by incoming phone call, voice mail, email, and live chat.
-Call and schedule appointments for aftermarket products.
-Backup loaner car desk and customer service representatives as needed.
-Maintain service and parts filing and scanning.
-Other related duties as may be assigned.
