About the Role
As a Door-to-Door Lead Generator, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by identifying and qualifying potential clients interested in our top-notch kitchen and bathroom remodels. This role is commission-based, offering an exciting opportunity to earn substantial income through issued appointments. Successful candidates will have the chance to progress into a Sales Representative role with the potential to earn over $150k per year based on achieving specific lead goals.

Welcome Renovation is a real estate startup radically rethinking the $450 billion home renovation sector by streamlining the entire process from start to finish. We handle everything from design, material procurement, construction, and project management all through our proprietary online platform. We provide a guaranteed upfront cost and can complete projects in as little as three weeks.
Welcome Renovation tackles many of the typical challenges in home renovation by democratizing design, solving the many skilled contractor labor-related issues, supply chain material concerns, and having a dedicated, experienced project manager to help throughout the entire process.

Key Responsibilities
-Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned territories to generate leads and appointments.
-Engage with homeowners and businesses to assess their renovation needs and educate them on the benefits of working with us.
-Schedule and confirm appointments with qualified leads for our Sales Representatives.
Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and customer interactions.
About You

-Professional appearance and clothing is mandatory.
Compensation
This position is commission-based, offering $200 per issued appointment. The more appointments you generate, the higher your earning potential. Successful candidates have the opportunity to progress to a Sales Representative role with significant income growth.
Employment Type
This is a commission-based position, and the Door-to-Door Lead Generator will be classified as a 1099 independent contractor. Employment can be terminated at will, and the role is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
