As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our business by introducing potential customers to our range of remodeling and construction services. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with homeowners, assess their needs, and schedule appointments for free consultations. You'll be the face of our brand in the field, representing the company’s values of professionalism, honesty, and high-quality service.
This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, where your success directly correlates to your effort and ability to convert leads into appointments. You’ll receive full training on our products and services, so you can confidently present our offerings to homeowners and position yourself as an expert in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Homeowners: Conduct door-to-door sales outreach in designated neighborhoods, introducing our remodeling and construction services (kitchen, bathroom, roofing, siding, windows, etc.) to homeowners.
- Identify Customer Needs: Ask the right questions to understand the homeowner's needs, pain points, and upcoming projects. Offer tailored solutions for home improvements based on our range of services.
- Schedule Consultations: Promote the value of our free, no-obligation consultations and coordinate appointments for our expert team to visit the property and provide a quote.
- Educate Customers: Clearly communicate the benefits of working with a trusted, professional remodeling and construction company. Address any concerns or objections in a knowledgeable and friendly manner.
- Build Relationships: Establish rapport with homeowners and maintain a positive, professional presence in the neighborhoods you serve. You will be the first point of contact in building long-term customer relationships.
- Track Leads and Sales: Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential customers, track your progress, and ensure follow-up appointments are scheduled as needed.
- Meet Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics. Be proactive in generating new leads and maximizing opportunities.
- Stay Knowledgeable: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, our product offerings, and local market conditions to provide the best possible service to customers.
