This is a position that can and will grow for the right person.
This is a commission based role to start with and can grow to have as many sales technicians as they'd be able to manage and share in the commissions of their team. We're a start up home services company that is expected to grow rapidly so the commission is made to start off high so get in at the ground floor
Expectations:
- Door to door sales (will get trained but should have the right attitude and confidence to talk to home owners)
- Discuss services (e.g. repairs to their homes)
- Perform a walk-through for a list of repair items for the home owner
- Create accounts for customers
- Will need to have a car or reliable form of transportation
This will be a 1099 position to start but can grow into a sales manager role for the right person (which would be a salary plus commission based position)
