Counter Sales / Warehouse Worker (TAGALOG SPEAKING PREFERRED)
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Electrical Wholesale professional to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for providing support in the electrical wholesale industry, ensuring that our clients receive high-quality products and services. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Operate various warehouse equipment including forklift pallet jacks to facilitate order picking and inventory management.
Assist customers in selecting appropriate electrical products and equipment based on their needs.
Collaborate with vendors and sales reps to address customer inquiries
Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring that all items are correctly stocked and accounted for.
Conduct regular inventory control checks to maintain accurate stock levels and assist in inventory management processes.
Package and palletize materials as needed to ensure safe transport of goods.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to promote safety and efficiency.
Skills
Preferred to have a strong work ethic and experience in the electrical field.
Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklift pallet jack
Strong understanding of inventory control processes and inventory management systems.
Ability to lift heavy items safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
Excellent attention to detail
Responsible for responding to customer inquiries, closing profitable sales orders, and processing orders received.
Work hours 6:30am to 5:00pm
Compensation is based on experience
