Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing residential remodeling and construction projects from start to finish.
Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Communicate regularly with all stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues.
Assist in obtaining permits, scheduling inspections, and ensuring compliance with local building codes.
Help maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and daily reports.
