We’re seeking a dynamic Outside Salesperson to drive growth, replicating the success of our top performer, who generates $2.5M–$3M annually and earns over $200K/year.
What We Offer:
Lucrative Pay: $1,000/week base + 6.5% uncapped commission. Top performers can earn $200K+ annually closing 5-figure, 6-figure, and potentially 7-figure deals.
Travel Covered: All expenses paid for road trips and occasional flights to national clients.

Who We’re Looking For:
We need a high-energy, passionate salesperson who can match or exceed our top performers. You’ll focus on industrial cleaning and HVAC for factories, corporate, and government clients.
Ideal candidates have:
5+ Years B2B Sales Experience: Proven success in industrial services, HVAC, or related fields (duct cleaning a plus but not required).
Deal-Closing Prowess: Ability to build relationships and close big-ticket deals (e.g., factory contracts, corporate chains).
High Energy & Travel Enthusiasm: Loves hitting the road every few weeks (CA or national) and thrives in client-facing roles.
Strong Communication: Charismatic, talkative, and skilled at networking with industrial clients.
Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of HVAC/mechanical systems (we’ll train you to master our niche).
