You will work with warm leads, inbound calls, and referral opportunities while selling top-rated Farmers Insurance products.
Responsibilities
Sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, and Life Insurance policies
Quote, present, and close new business
Cross-sell and bundle policies to maximize client value
Follow up with internet leads, inbound calls, and referrals
Maintain accurate client records in agency CRM
Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to handle objections and follow a structured sales process
Coachable and reliable
Prior insurance or sales experience preferred
