About the Company:
We are an off-price distributor of women’s fashion apparel, supplying major department-store brands at exclusive wholesale pricing. Headquartered in the Los Angeles Fashion District, we’re expanding into livestream selling and are seeking a charismatic, on-camera Freelance Livestream Sales Host to help us launch, grow, and scale this channel.
This is a flexible, gig-based role with the potential to expand into consistent part-time or full-time hours based on performance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Host dynamic livestream selling sessions across platforms like Whatnot, TikTok, and Poshmark.
- Present new merchandise including dresses, blazers, separates, and more to a live audience.
- Engage with viewers, answer product questions, and drive real-time purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with our inventory teams to build winning product assortments.
- Develop content that boosts viewership, engagement, and conversion.
- Serve as the on-air “face” of JMB Apparel while helping to grow our digital audience
Who We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable speaking on camera with a confident, friendly on-air presence.
- Prior livestream selling, content creation, or sales experience is a plus (but not required).
- Strong communicator with a passion for fashion and product styling.
- Able to commit to a flexible, gig-based schedule — weekdays, evenings, and/or weekends.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable operating livestream platforms, using ring lights, mics, etc.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) or existing social following are nice-to-haves.
Compensation"
Option 1: Hourly + Commission (starting at minimum wage with upside potential)
Option 2: Flat hourly rate with no commission
Compensation model can be tailored based on experience and sales performance.
This is not a full-time position to start — ideal for freelancers, content creators, or on-camera talent looking for flexible work with growth potential.
