We are a rapidly growing solar energy company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Appointment Confirmation Specialist. This is a full-time position, offering 40 hours per week at $23 per hour. You will play a key role in ensuring our scheduled appointments are confirmed while providing top-tier customer service and overcoming objections to keep appointments on track.
Responsibilities:
Call and confirm scheduled appointments with our customers.
Communicate appointment details clearly and professionally.
Address and overcome any customer objections or concerns regarding their appointment.
Ensure that appointment information is accurately documented in our CRM system.
Coordinate any appointment changes as needed.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to overcome objections and keep customer appointments confirmed.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems (preferred but not required).
Previous customer service, sales, or call center experience is a plus.
Compensation:
$23 per hour.
