We are looking for an energetic and driven individual to join our team as a Used Car Sales Representative / Customer Service Rep. Main Responsibilities:
Greet customers and help them take a look at a car / send them on a test drive.
Develop and maintain strong customer service relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Work with the sales manager who will help with proper paperwork and documents to finish the sale.
Call / E-mail potential customers who might have question and help them set appointments to see the car.
Work closely with the sales team and management to enhance dealership performance.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right person!
Strong communication and personal skills.
A passion for cars and helping people.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed.
Must have a valid California driver’s license.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
