Job description
This is a full-time on-site role at Auto Fix Center located in Lancaster, CA for a Service Advisor. The Service Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers with vehicle servicing needs, providing recommendations, and coordinating service appointments. Additionally, they will handle customer inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain service records. Sales is a large part of this role as upselling will be an intricate part of the position.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of automotive systems and terminology
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Experience with TekMetric Software preferred but NOT required. Training is available.
Bilingual in Spanish
Hours of Operation:
Monday thru Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Saturdays: 8am-2pm
