We want agents that are willing to learn not the know it all types that have bounced all over the industry. We have all the skill and knowledge on our companies floors that can help you achieve real goals. Our bar is set very high so we might not be the best fit for everyone. Upgrade Agents produce average 18-30 + sales weekly rain or shine it does't matter! We thrive on ethics and caring for our customers is upgrade's main focus!
Pay structure:
We offer the highest pay structure to each agents skill set. If you are a Top Gun we will determine that during the interview and discuss different scales that will fit.
Leads:
This is usually 50% of the reason agents don't succeed in sales. Our company generates in excess of 1 million dollars in advertising annually so getting leads is never a issue. We also advertise on Radio, Facebook ads, Live transfers, Yelp, banners, Website traffic etc. Our companies customer base in itself generates heavy traffic, referrals, rewrites etc
