Art of the 8 Fitness, led by Coach Jay Franklin Certified, has been serving the Bay Area for over 8 years and is now relocating to Tarzana, CA.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Personal Training Sales Representative to join our team.
This role is commission-based, offering you the opportunity to make money quickly by bringing in new leads and managing existing clients. As a key player in our expansion, you will work closely with Coach Jay to develop and implement effective advertising and promotional strategies, both online and offline.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years of experience in affiliate sales, outdoor sales. You will act as the primary affiliate for our business, leveraging your sales skills to advertise our products and services. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Your main responsibility will be to bring in leads for one-on-one fitness training sessions, ensuring that our new location in Tarzana thrives.

You will have the chance to work directly with Coach Jay, gaining firsthand experience of our training methods and philosophy. Interviews will be conducted at our gym, where you will be assessed on your ability to sell our services effectively.
