We’re hiring a Licensed Sales Agent to be the friendly and reliable point of contact for our clients. You’ll handle incoming calls, process payments, assist with policy changes, and ensure each customer has a positive experience with our agency.
Property & Casualty Insurance Licensed is preferred, if not, must be obtained within the first couple of months of employment. Will be compensated once the license is obtained.
Must be bilingual, English & Spanish
Key Responsibilities:
-Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries with professionalism and care
-Process payments, update account information, and assist with policy changes
-Maintain accurate and organized client records
-Support the team with administrative tasks and follow-up communications
-Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
Qualifications:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
-Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
-Prior experience in insurance or customer service is a plus, but not required
