Position Summary
We’re hiring for a Hybrid Budtender/Delivery Driver role. This position is designed for someone who’s comfortable working in both the retail dispensary setting face to face interaction requiring some hospitality experience and on the road delivering to our customers (must have clean driving record). You’ll be a key part of the customer experience, both face-to-face and at the door. Key Responsibilities
In-Store Budtending Duties:
Greet all customers in a friendly, welcoming manner and build rapport.
Educate customers on products, including cannabinoids, terpene profiles, potency, dosage, and consumption methods.
Stay up to date on new products, promotions, and regulatory updates.
Maintain accurate records of sales, discounts, and inventory using our POS and METRC systems.
Ensure all transactions are compliant with CA state laws and company policies.
Assist with daily opening and closing procedures (including cash handling and register counts).
Restock inventory and organize displays to maintain a clean and shoppable environment.
Collaborate with teammates to keep the floor running smoothly and efficiently.
Be able to sell our new membership we just launched.
Delivery Driving Duties:
Review and prepare delivery orders for accuracy before departure.
Use provided GPS or routing tools to ensure timely, efficient deliveries.
Follow all traffic laws and operate vehicle safely in various LA neighborhoods
Communicate with dispatch and customers to confirm delivery windows or troubleshoot issues
Verify customer identification and complete all steps required by CA cannabis delivery regulations
Securely transport products, handle cash/card transactions when needed, and document deliveries per protocol
Keep vehicle clean and organized; report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
Return all materials and complete closing delivery logs at end of shift
Use various App's.
Requirements:
Must be 21 years or older (in accordance with CA law).
Valid California driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Reliable, insured vehicle suitable for daily delivery use.
Able to pass Background check.
Strong communication skills and a professional appearance
Punctual, organized, and self-motivated with attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet during shift hours
Familiarity with cannabis products and regulations is preferred but not required — we provide full training
Compliance & Licensing
We are licensed and regulated by California’s Department of Cannabis Control (DCC). All employees must adhere strictly to company policies and state regulations. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and mandatory training sessions.
