A renowned fine-dining restaurant and iconic Los Angeles wedding venue, is seeking a motivated Wedding & Event Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on selling weddings and special events at our enchanting outdoor venue, known for its natural beauty and romantic atmosphere.
This is a commission-only position — ideal for a driven, self-starting sales professional who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and exceeding client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from prospective couples and event clients
- Conduct venue tours and showcase the unique charm of our property
- Create customized wedding/event proposals and packages
- Nurture client relationships from inquiry through booking
- Achieve sales targets by converting leads into confirmed bookings
- Collaborate with our events and operations team for seamless execution
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in wedding, hospitality, or event sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and instill confidence with clients
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive to client needs
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Familiarity with Los Angeles wedding/event market a plus
