On-Site Telemarketing Specialist - Bilingual Campaign Needs

We are a nationwide marketing company specializing in connecting homeowners with trusted service providers. We are expanding and looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team. While we are currently hiring for campaigns that require bi-lingual speakers, Spanish preferred but not required.

-Do you speak fluent Spanish? (Preferred for specific campaigns, but not required for all)

What We Offer:

-Hourly pay ranging from $20 to $25, plus great weekly and monthly bonuses based on availability, experience, and knowledge.

Flexible hours:

Monday through Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), with some weekend availability.

What We’re Looking For:

-Spanish speakers are highly encouraged to apply for specific campaigns, but the role is also open to non-Spanish speakers for other projects.

-Outgoing, enthusiastic individuals who enjoy speaking to customers over the phone.

-Strong communication skills to handle customer interactions effectively.

-Familiarity with CRM systems, dialers, and spreadsheets is a huge plus.

-Ability to adapt to different campaigns and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Make outbound calls as part of various marketing campaigns, including Spanish-speaking campaigns if applicable.

-Clearly and effectively communicate with potential clients in either English or Spanish, depending on the campaign.

-Track interactions using CRM software and maintain accurate records.

-Meet daily and weekly call targets while maintaining quality.

-Collaborate with the team to improve processes and contribute to campaign success.
