Job Responsibilities:
Customer Communication:
Answer incoming calls from customers, providing consultation on the installation and use of solar panels.
Explain the benefits of solar panels, how they work, and their economic advantages.
Provide information about different models and options of panels, as well as the company’s services.
Cost Calculation Consultations:
Assist in calculating the cost of installing solar panels based on the client's individual needs (roof area, energy consumption, etc.).
Assess customer needs and recommend the best solutions based on their preferences and budget.
Documentation Management:
Register customer inquiries and information in the company’s CRM system.
Prepare and send preliminary cost estimates to clients.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members to efficiently resolve customer requests.
Discuss ideas and suggestions for improving service quality with colleagues.
Training and Development:
Participate in a 3-day training program covering solar panel technology, cost calculation methods, and customer service practices.
Continuously update knowledge about new solar panel models and technologies.
Requirements:
Friendly and approachable personality with strong communication skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in the field of renewable energy.
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems.
Previous experience in sales or similar roles is a plus.
