We are actively seeking enthusiastic Full-Time Sales Representatives to engage with our existing customer base (new and old accounts).
As an Outbound Phone Sales Rep, you will be responsible for engaging existing customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and effectively promoting our products to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
At least 1-year proven experience with OUTBOUND phone sales.

Conduct outbound calls to customers
Demonstrate active listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
Adapt communication styles based on customer personalities, preferences, and objections.
Display confidence, positivity, and professionalism in all interactions to instill trust and credibility.
Demonstrate resilience in the face of rejection and persistently pursue sales opportunities.
Pay / Benefits / Perks
Pay: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour DOE
Expected hours: 40 hours per week
$5,000 sign on bonus (call for details)
Paid training
Commissions
Sell $40K per month, make 5% bonus or $2,000 bonus
Sell $50K - $100K per month, make 10% bonus
Weekly / Biweekly spiffs and/or contests
