Overview:
This is an entry-level role. We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business leads by visiting potential clients, demonstrating our products, driving sales growth and building strong relationships. What You’ll Do:
Must be able to commute to the office 2 to 3 times a week
Travel to client locations within Southern California (Possibly travel to Northern CA or surrounding states) to conduct product presentations (50-70% travel required)
Making outbound calls, identifying sales leads, and closing sales
Generate new leads and follow up on provided leads to secure new clients
Effectively present and sell company products to potential clients/dealers
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients/dealers
Accurately track and report sales activity
Attend weekly meetings at the office/warehouse
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of company products
Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs
Educate clients on our Business Partner Program
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field experience
Proven track record of success in outside sales
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong closing skills and ability to build rapport with clients
Highly motivated to sell with a self-driven desire to meet and exceed goals
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Experience with driving a pick up truck and a flatbed trailer
Ability to travel to trade shows and events as needed
Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin is a bonus but not required
