Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and results driven Home Health and Home Hospices Sales professionals to join our team.
This role is vital for promoting our home health and home hospice within the community of senior citizens to ensure patients receive the highest quality no cost home care.
Duties:
Develop and maintain relationships with patients and organizations within the senior citizen community.
Educate and showcase the benefits of our Home Health and Home Hospice services to generate a consistent flow of referrals.
Engage in sales activities and networking events to expand market reach.
Manage accounts effectively by maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and follow-ups, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Experience: (Preferred, but not required)
Be goal oriented and self-motivated to reach target goals.
Have excellent relationship building and communication skills for effective interaction with clients.
Have strong customer service and presentation skills to build and maintain relationships.
