ADcentrix Media is looking for a driven, sales-focused entrepreneur to join our team as a Remote Sales Rep. This is a high-reward, 100% commission-based role built for sales pros ready to build a major residual income stream selling cutting-edge digital and print advertising solutions. We operate nationally, but our key focus is in the Palmdale/Lancaster area.
The Opportunity: Build Your Income, Your Way
You'll act as a high-level Sales Rep, working from the comfort of your home selling ad spots on our sleek, state-of-the-art digital kiosks…there is virtually no direct competition that offers what you will be selling. Your role is to secure ad sales from small, medium, and large companies. You'll focus on generating revenue through two distinct, premium channels:
1. Digital Kiosks: Selling ad space on our dynamic 8-inch Tabletop Kiosks and high-impact 6-Foot Freestanding Kiosks.
2. Print Folders: Selling exclusive ad placements within our professional Presentation Folders, distributed to highly-targeted, high-value audiences (e.g., real estate clients, medical patients).

The Commission Structure: Uncapped Earning & Passive Income
This is a high-reward, commission-only structure built for long-term financial success. Your effort directly translates into some of the best pay in the industry:
Initial Ad Sales (Digital Kiosks & Print Folders): Earn a huge 35% commission on the Net Revenue of every new ad sale you secure. The average ad sale is $500 per ad/per kiosk/per quarter.
Residual Ad Renewals: This is where you build wealth! You receive a 15% residual commission on the Net Revenue of all ad renewals (which typically happen every 3 months).
Example of Payout for one sale: A client places an ad for $599 on two kiosks.
Your commission will be $419.30 ($599x 2 kiosks x 35%).
The client renews additional 3 quarters…your commission will be $188.69
($599 x 2 kiosks = $1,198 sale x 3 quarters x 15%).
YOU WILL CONTINUE TO EARN RESIDUAL COMMISSIONS FOR EACH SUBSEQUENT YEAR THAT THE CLIENT RENEWS.
