Summit Wireless, a Master Agent of Total Wireless, is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team. This position focuses on door-to-door sales, dealer recruitment, and supporting our expanding retail network.
Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door sales and dealer recruitment
Assist new dealers with the onboarding process
Perform data entry and maintain accurate business records
Provide customer service support to dealers and customers
Conduct store audits to ensure compliance with brand standards
Support back-office administrative tasks and reporting
Qualifications:
Fluent in Spanish
Sales experience preferred (wireless or retail experience a plus). Will train if no experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet goals
Basic computer skills (Excel, email, data entry)
Reliable transportation required
Compensation:
Base salary: $20/hr+ Attractive Commission Structure
Commission up to $10k per month!
