Duties :
Provides clerical assistance to the Director of Sales
Compiles records report for the Sales Department.
Customer Service
Answer phones and provide customer assistance to brokers, customers and vendors when needed
Operates a computer terminal to input and retrieve data.
Operates office machines such as adding, calculating, duplicating machines.
The position requires a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, dedication to customer service and computer literacy. The candidate must be well organized, sensitive to handling confidential information and detail oriented. Capable of effectively managing multiple tasks.
Adequate command of both English and Spanish Language.
Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Starting pay up to $22.00 hourly
