Job Requirements:
Proficient use of the English language and grammar, Microsoft Office suite use, resourceful, creative, punctual, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
General Purpose of Position:
The purpose of this position is to provide exceptional customer service to our customers. Working with our customers will typically be providing service by receiving and processing quotes, receiving and processing orders, following up on orders, following up on quotes, managing special requests, literature request, and marketing to customers. Working with our customers will require courteous and timely response to additional data needed, follow up and managing day to day tasks that are tied to sales. This could range from quality checking and packaging product to helping with inventory and anything else the job may require.

Email Management
Customer Service/in way of follow up
Follow up on quotes and orders
Marketing
Any other task that may come up.
