Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the event technology sector.
Identify, engage, and close deals with new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Present NovaTech's robotic solutions to potential clients, showcasing their value for various events.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, engineering) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales, with a strong history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of sales processes, including negotiation and closing deals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with the event industry is a significant advantage.
Passion for technology and innovation.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Experience in the event and media industries or event agencies is highly desirable.
An active personal client list is a bonus.
