Position: Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and prospecting.

Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to understand their waste removal needs and promote our services.

Educate customers on the environmental benefits of our waste removal and bin rental solutions.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of contracts and exceptional customer service.

Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by management.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Represent GreenBinLA at industry events, trade shows, and community outreach programs.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the waste management or related industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and persuade customers.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of initiative.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of environmental issues and sustainability practices is a plus.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
