Greencal Construction is a roofing and general construction company looking to add driven individuals with a passion for sales to our in-home sales Team. Greencal provides comprehensive product and sales training designed to ensure the success of all new sales representatives, regardless of prior experience. We provide pre-screened leads, and innovative lead generating programs to all reps to make sure they always have opportunities to sell. This is a commission based position, so the sky's the limit!

Requirements:
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within LA and OC areas. (Vehicle required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales goals, create self-generated business, and positively build up company image.
Manage a pipeline of multiple leads and customer accounts while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 +per year
