Leverage our estimating team so you can focus on one thing: closing.
Track pipeline and targets in CRM with precision.
Exceed sales goals month after month — without excuses.

Requirements
3–5 years of real sales experience in roofing or home services.
A record of smashing quotas and hitting numbers no one else could.
Ability to climb roofs and handle inspections.
Relentless follow-up until the deal is signed.
Negotiation skills that leave no room for “maybe.”
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Roofing knowledge is a bonus — but not required.
