We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in sales and construction, a customer-focused mindset, and a drive to succeed. You will be responsible for following up with company provided leads, conducting on-site visits, providing assistance of filing and educating clients on insurance claims, and guiding clients through the home improvement process.
Responsibilities:
Generate and develop new business opportunities in the construction industry
Build and maintain strong relationship with clients, contractors and industry professionals
Conduct site visits, prepare estimates, and present project proposals
Work closely with project managers and teams to ensure clients satisfaction
Requirements:
5 years experience in construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Valid drivers license
