We are looking for a dedicated sales representative with prior experience in sales with the security industry to join us. You will play a critical role in acquiring contracts, maintaining client relationships, and various follow-ups. You are expected to have a thorough understanding of the security industry, with a focus on security guards, and prior experience in sales. This position will require occasional travel in order to attend client meetings and other work.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and maintain knowledge and understanding of the security industry, and the services provided by our company.
Pursue opportunities with potential clients and maintain strong professional relationships with existing ones.
Collaborate with our existing team to develop effective strategies.
Professionally represent our company at all times.
Coordinate with operations and office staff to meet our client's needs and maintain the company's reputation.
Provide updates on sales activities, client satisfaction, progress, and any issues.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in sales, specifically in the security industry is required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
Solid interpersonal skills, and the ability to resolve any issues through diplomacy.
Must be able to work independently while also occasionally contributing to a team environment.
Willingness to travel locally as needed.
Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, etc. are preferred but not required.
Pay: Negotiable, and comes with commission.
Expected hours: Variable
Travel requirement: As needed, locally.
Experience: 3 years+ preferred.
