We are a boutique home furnishings store specializing in vintage and custom-made furniture, and we’re seeking a friendly and motivated Shop Sales Associate to join our team! In this role, you will be integral in creating an engaging shopping experience for our customers while maintaining a vibrant store atmosphere. Weekend availability is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including dusting, sweeping, and mopping
Engage with customers by greeting them and providing assistance
Handle sales, rentals, and memos according to established guidelines
Meet and exceed sales goals through excellent customer service
Assist with merchandising and visual displays to keep the store fresh and inviting
Ensure all items are properly priced, tagged, and labeled
Oversee incoming merchandise from various platforms
Collaborate with team members and follow up on delegated tasks
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous retail experience is a plus
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Passion for providing excellent customer service
Weekend availability is required
