What You’ll Do-
Make outbound calls using warm, high-intent leads, using strategies to introduce our products and services.
Negotiate appointment times that align with both the client’s schedule and internal sales team availability.
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to log interactions, update contact information, and track progress toward appointment goals.
Qualify leads through active listening and probing questions, ensuring appointments are with genuinely interested prospects.
Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed.
Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners.

-Qualifications
Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales.
MUST have experience in telemarketing/ appointment setting.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and confidently.
Strong negotiation skills to secure appointment times that benefit both the client and the company.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer interactions.
Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales concepts is a plus.
Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Customer service orientation with a focus on building rapport and trust with prospects.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that values proactive.
