We’re hiring an experienced Telemarketing Representative to make cold and warm calls and book appointments for a fast-growing construction company in Los Angeles.
This is NOT an entry-level position.
We need someone who already knows how to control the call, qualify homeowners, and close them on scheduling an appointment.
Responsibilities:
speaking english and spanish is priority.
Make outbound cold & warm calls
Follow proven scripts
Book appointments into GoHighLevel
Update notes and maintain CRM accuracy
Handle objections professionally
Work from home and from the office as needed
Requirements:
Proven telemarketing experience (minimum 2 years)
Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) – must
Strong English
Reliable, organized, and able to handle high call volume
Must be able to start quickly
