Key Responsibilities:
● Manage Outbound Calls: Contact warm, high-intent leads to introduce our services.
● Qualify Prospects
● Negotiate and secure appointment times that align with client schedules and our sales team’s availability.
● Utilize Hubspot to log interactions, update contact info, and track progress.
● Follow up and confirm upcoming appointments and build rapport with homeowners to ensure high attendance rates.
Qualifications:
● MUST HAVE a working computer/laptop.
● Experience Required: Must have proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or appointment setting.
● Communication: Excellent verbal skills in English; ability to articulate value clearly. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
