What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in water damage restoration
- Expert-level knowledge of mitigation, drying techniques, and industry best practices
- Strong leadership skills to train, mentor, and manage restoration teams
- Proven ability to handle large-scale restoration projects efficiently
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations and ensure timely project completion
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and oversee water damage restoration projects from start to finish
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company protocols
- Train and support technicians, ensuring top-tier service delivery
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and team members
- Maintain and operate restoration equipment efficiently
- Document work, complete reports, and ensure customer satisfaction
